What the french government did or whatever politiccal situation my country has should not be labeled on me or other because we are from Canada. I should not be labeled being french first of all. I am me. Half french and half arab but I am still me first. To me there is little difference between labelling Ares as j-ew and me as french. Its the same exact thing. I've said that Bush was a fool and a terrorist but I've never said that the American people were foolish and stupid like Bush is.

Can we not all just get along and not pick holes in everything? Seriously, I've looked at this more and I think that an englishman taking a little dig at the french is merely a little european rivalry and not what I would consider racism. Likewise I wouldn't consider Abib or Bryan prejudiced in the slightest.

I guess its really a case of misjudgement on my part. All the time ive been here ppl have made many similar posts and most ppl will read between the lines and take it as a bit of tongue in cheek freindly banter. Not everyone is the same which is something i didn't take into consideration before posting. For the record my wife is half french also, which is something lim tickles her about when weve had a little drink together. The point is theres no venom intended and its all taken lightly without intent to purposely offend, which is what i assumed would happen here. Id be a fool if i were xenophobic and played a game which unites ppl of all nationalities.
