Be careful with it, I've seen people just running in real fast typing random commands hitting cancel like maniacs.

Walk into your house (inside not on the patio.)
Shut the door
Type .packhouse
It should place all the items inside 1 present, if it doesn't do all the items, type .packhouse again and it will give you another one.
Go outside and double click your house sign
Go to Ownership and click "Demolish"
Click "Okay"

Find a new spot to place the house, place it
Go inside (once again not on the patio inside)
Shut the door
Double click the package 4 times (or however many times it says)
If you have more than 2 packages for that house, click that as well
Make sure they are the packages for that house, or your screwed

None of the houses I have placed and unpacked have messed up. They have all worked fine, never lost 1 item, and I have placed alot.

P.S. When placing a house, NEVER hit cancel. This does NOT give you your deed back, it actually deletes it. If you want to redeed your house go to "Onwership" then "Demolish" then hit "Okay" not "Cancel" and it will give you a new deed.

When there are many items in the house it packs it into multiple boxes. When you unpack the boxes, it seems they don't work correctly. Another player did this and lost all secure chests and locked down items such as bulletin boards. Only two unpacked. Is this going to be an issue going forth? As it is, the person who experienced this may have lost an incredible amount of items, such as reagents. I have 3 boxes for one of my houses. I will not unpack until I get an answer.
