yea this definitely needs some fixing. i have a couple friends who want to play but obviously cant because they dont receive the passwords in their emails.
we really do need more players, and this really needs to get fixed

That was my thought too, perhaps they just didnt look for the password because they were expecting it to go to their inbox... I do know that there are new players tho so whatever is going on I dont think its from passwords not being sent or whatever

I am a new user and tried registering. When I hit submit, it came back with a broken web page - I didn't see the password string in the raw html that was displayed, but being unfamiliar with the page's layout I wouldn't have known where to look. After downloading the client and installing, I tried to resubmit my application and was told that I was already registered.

Now I just have to take the time to contact an admin and get my password retrieved, which isn't too big a deal Still, it sounds like the issue is pretty universal for us new arrivals. Cheers.

sum of us rnt only talking about making a new acc but trying to get an old one back, my friend made a post in the help section cant get his pass back on his email, it is an old acc in which he forgot the pass not a new acc, and it wont send him the email so what would u do about that situation

yeah but you cant expect a GM to handle every single account issue that goes on. Its gotta get fixed if you want more players here and i dont see it reasonable to vote when people try to make new accounts and all these issues pop up. Obviously something is wrong because every once in a while theres a person who wants to play and they get screwed and have to wait until some staff can solve their issue

cant try it again because my ip was logged and it said i cant have more than 1.

althought I dont even have my ONE.

and no email was sent

well, first step u should try renew ur ip adress and try do on another browser... if it keep not working u should send a private msg to any gm...

i'm not grinding anyone here, GMBob made a post on the 29th of Jan saying email's were being sent out and to check them in the next day or two. it's been 5+ days and still nothing, and yes i do check my spam folder..
