Every generation goes through a phase were they are going to change the world. Then the majority drops out when it is no longer considered fashionable. I the end the ones that truly believe in it are ignored by the rest of the world. We are a lazy, shallow race. Truth is we would all love the world to change for the better as long as someone else does it for us. Look at recycling programs, the footprint pn the enviroment from recycling is much bigger than the threat of the waste that is produced if we just throw it in the trash with the rest of the garbage. The only reason it is still around is because it is a relatively effortless way for us to clear our consciences.

Can you give me a short text summary? Because people are all the time wanting to show me this sort of thing but I just don't have time to watch it. Skip to parts maybe but eh...

Sure.

1st point: Yeah saying "Humans are" is over generalizing to the extreme, humanity may have no choice but to move on or die, whether they are as you say, or just ignorant hurt animals. as I believe... They need a carrot dangled in front of their faces.. The Venus Project gives some real structure to the incentive.. I'm not sure it's as dismissible as you believe it to be..

To the film itself... Money=Slavery.. We are destroying this planet. Soon we are all f****** dead.. We could all live very nice lives sharing things with each other.. A life without nearly as much crime, etc. Plus there's a lot more to it and I couldn't even begin to go through everything here in a couple minutes. The most exciting things if I just blurt them out you would just go "he's crazy".. There are many many local chapters around the world now and the newest film has as many views in 2 weeks as previous films had in like years..
