i think RA should affect fizzle rate

Should it make you fizzle less or more? -Sparger

yea please be more specific.. i am going to take it that you are suggesting fizzle less with reactive..

in which case I say no thats a bad idea.. it creates to many variables..
fix fizzling rate separately.. and fix reactive if it is needed.. combining the two would more than likely be a fail or create additional problems.

Here is what I mean.
if currently any successful attack hits a mage during cast and fizzles the mage I would suggest altering this to about 25%
so fizzling would occur alot less during combat but is not completely impossible.
leave poison to always fizzle
and adjust reactive to make it balanced... (be warned if it is returned to its exact old state it would be too powerfull as it negates archery)

Stay on topic please. Discuss if you think it should alter fizzle rate. You don't need to go into so much detail which leads to tangents. Trust me Staff are smart and will think of the larger picture and the future picture (things planned but not yet implemented).

Example (Agree): Yes, I agree with you.
Example (Disagree): No, I think that is a bad idea.
Example (Disagree w/ link to thread of what you think real problem is): No, I disagree. I am starting a thread on magery fizzle rate LINK HERE

The reasoning for these examples is to show sweet and to the point. Plus those suggesting an idea are the ones burdened with proving to staff their suggestion is worthwhile fir staff to look into it.
