For some odd reason, you gain dex doing necromancy.... doesnt make a whole bunch of sense.. so i kidna thought it was a bug... quite an annoying/ expensive one also...

necromancy has somatic components, therefore dex is actually a useful stat for necromancers and is intended functionality.
