This tower is located in a remote area. It is a 4-5 minute walk to town.
It has a peninsula attached as well as front access.
It has a large conference table on the roof (This tower is perfect for a guild house) as well as a large fish tank. I tried to make a small fish tank in another house recently and found it cannot be done anymore. Unless someone finds another way to accomplish this, fishtanks are now rare items.
It also has many chests stacked ready in the small room downstairs. In the room on the middle floor, there are shelves and tables ready to either help you sort your items or make a rune library.
Not too far from this location is/was a red mustang spawn. I have tamed them there before.

It is nearly impossible to place towers in the new system...this took alot of time and luck to place lol.
