well you weren't ment to have as much as b4,,, thats the reason he wiped it and made the gold harder to come by...
think like 1/4 of your money in t3a = all your money now meaning each gold peace is just worth more now.... (which is the intended effect) LIKE i said previously tho, this should have been more planned through because..
1) it wasn't fair because people who kept there money in items(like weps or bought rare clothes) got to keep the full value of there account while the people who kept it in gold form lost pure work... sold 300 str fish and sold your rare robe you had since 1999.. you walk away with nothing while the other guy who sold 100 str fish to buy your robe walks away with the robe... which can be resold.. at any means it has value... that the player who worked hardest LOST and the player who decided to go ahead and finally buy the robe lost little...........
2) vender items don't reflect this change... money is less on the shard yet a house cost more than previously. thus people will still assiociate craftable/fishable items as have a specific monitory value.....
so we lower our prices but have to pay more for items? lol...
what really cracked me up was the expensive things increased while the items that are attainable by hunts and usually are sold have decreased in value... wtf since does that make.. i really would like that explained to me....
but any way/
lets say in t4a you had 100 gold in your account average,,, you should have about 25 gold now on average and it should be able to buy the same items as before.. (if 100 GP for a myth set b4,, now it should be 25) and the same work/benefit ratio is maintained..
BUT like i said venders don't reflect this,,,, thus crafting prices and buyable prices and hunting gains Will not match up.. and things will be out of wack..
think of it like this
remeber the 100 GP a myth set example ? apply it here...
in t3a
blacksmith wants a house to keep ores...
house cost 500 GP
myth sets still sell for 100 GP a peace
black smith made 5 myth sets & sold them
bought a house for 500 GP.
it took him 1 hour per myth set
meaning he took 5 hours to earn a house.....
now this is why things can't get back to normal now...
in t4a
blacksmith2 wants a house to keep ores...
house cost 525 GP ( due to cost increase of high cost items from t3a to t4a)
myth sets sell for 25GP a peace due to complaints of prices (like your doing now)
blacksmith2 made 11 myth sets & sold them.
it took him 1 hour per myth set
meaning he took 11 hours to earn a house.....
now is this very fair? no... will this even the economy back stable.... no....
vender prices need to reflect monsters loot, including sellable items such as armor and gems...
thats probably not the exact numbers but thats the effect..........
but you really want them lower? lol like I said the consumers are just stupid on this shard.... I'll leave it at that lolz
maybe people should have taken economy classes in high school
