think they lowered it to 30 days, but just double click your sign, and it refreshes it i believe. i think opening your door does the same but im not sure

everyone is tax free for awhile. Broadband wanted to wait to get the new systems setup before we re-balance taxes, since taxes are an important part of how the economy eventually balances out.

BobSteele that makes absolutely no sense. If you mean that taxes would go up cus ppl could make more gold before the conversion, you are confused. Since players have to work harder to get gold now, taxes should be lower. Taxes were probably that high because of how easy it was to get gold. Now considering pvm is temporarily screwed, perhaps taxes would be less. That would be logical, but the logical route is often the least travelled...

I just mean that Taxes are one of the main weapons for fightning inflation,
considering the incredible inflation that was before, staff is probably
looking into any way to stop it (delay atleast) from happening again.

yeah but i don't think loot has been totally fixed so until that happens I doubt we'll see any tax rise lol. On the whole I reckon what Bobsteele is saying sounds about right. And godamn Iori you post in EVERY thread - thread whore
