Its against the rules to have more than one computer?
If youre talking about accounts i only have one.
and i actually would like an account for my girlfriend to play on the laptop, it would be obvious both of us were on. both players active and doing seperate things and not be using each others accounts because i'd be damned if i would let her overcap me 8 times and die but that is besides the point i beleive im following the rules. And i know im not the only person with more than one computer. I havent even used the other computers to post i built this one for obsidian specifically. but really wut are you talking about. "thats not a smart thing to post" . how and why would owning multiple computers get me banned. I could even go to the library or relatives house just as anybody else could get real.????????

True. BUT as i understood from your other post you were braging that you got multiple computers and if you would get baned on one of them you would be still able to post, thats why Drakkar gave you a warning.

In an effort to provide you with some constructive criticism, Spiffy, I think the answers or, at the very least, some clues to your troubles lie in your signature quote.

As eloquently wikipedia-esque as your sig may be, it hardly reflects the true nature of the majority of your posts. In fact it stands in stark contrast to them in both its syntax and its implied message. On the one hand, yes, you may be freely "expressing" yourself, however, on the other hand, your efforts to "seek", "receive" or "impart" certain "information or ideas" seems to be severely limited at best.

Let it be known that I am not referring to your limited grammar, spelling or punctuation since I am uncertain about your native language or country of origin. The Obsidian shard has people from many places around the globe and it would be unthinkable to chastise any single one on the basis of their limited ability to use English which, in my opinion, makes us English-Only speakers appear even more stupid.

However, I digress. Maybe, if time is such an issue perhaps you should try to bullet your points? That would give those interested the ability to respond to each point with a few words of their own instead of just saying “You have no clue. Go away”.

In short, I’m not saying you should sugar coat your issues and gripes. Just don’t play into those people that are bored and see an easy target. That is unless you are looking for a banning or something. What a boring and easy game THAT is!

Also, as passionate as you may be about a subject, just keep in mind that if enough people question you, especially forum Administrators, you might just want to take a step back and rethink things for a moment. Obsidian is FAR from a draconian state. These people are cool, collected and give people tons of leeway.

Only a moron would spend the time you do typing your posts. I asked staff a question and i would like an answer from staff. I dont give a shit what you think of my grammar, as im not here to prove anything to you. Do you think your an english teacher or something? Man... you people like to follow me around on the forums. Drakkar, your warning was not only unneccesary but it was also rude. I had just gotten warned from the other staff member and then raped 4-5 times by other players with-out responding.

And black magic, you probably would kill my newbie girlfriend because thats about all you can kill is the newbs that populate obsidian. The funny thing is nowadays they are all newbs except about two players and the newbs are all millonaires pretty interesting if you ask me.

Spiffy, you are wrong. Drakkar mentioned that it wasn't a smart thing to say because he thought you meant it like this:

"hahaha yeah, go ahead and forum ban me! I'll just be back because I have multiple computers."

The fact that you have multiple computers is completely irrelevant to anything else. As far as your girlfriends account goes, you should PM Echo with her account name and the IP address you are both binding to. This will ensure you are not multi-accounting.

You CAN be banned for being a jerk on the forums, hence the "annoying prick" status of the banned. If you have anything that you want a STAFF member to answer, then PM THAT STAFF MEMBER!!!! If you don't get a response, try again or a different staff member. That's all you or anyone else here can do.

This should take care of your questions. If you have any more, I invite you to PM me.

OK let me make it easy for you to understand what I was trying to say to you.

1) You say that you will still be able to post regardless of what happens.
Meaning you will still post if you are banned, are actions that can get your ingame account banned too.
I don't give a crap how many PCs you have. That had nothing to do with my reply.

2) You saying that Bob has not been back to get angry and ban you yet.
Just proves to me that you know that what you are typing here is not right and should receive a punishment.

3) Kraken is a forum mod, not ingame staff.
He gave you a forum warning.
I am an ingame staff so I warned you about what could happen to you ingame if you went down that road.

4) I think you should read my whole reply.

We have a lot of players that live in the same house and play on the same IP.
We have one family that has 5 ppl playing under the same IP.
You just need to be added to the list of ppl that have more than 1 account on an IP.
After you take the right steps to get added to that list.
