on your skill tree when u click those arrows for different skills and get a LOCK what does it mean ?

if it was enabled it would drop(arrow down) ur skill - u wouldnt need any fff, lock it (f.e. if u dont want ur tactics to grow while fighting) or let that skill grow (arrow up)

the arrow up, and arrow down shit and lock shit dont work. Youll continue to gain skill no matter what you do
