I got the boxset of Band of Brothers and watched them all one after another.....because I and it rocks :D

IMO the best war movie ever, Full Metal Jacket.

Full Metal Jacket is a great classic, but I personally enjoyed Platoon and Apocalypse Now...

One thing is for sure the Viet Nam war was good for the movie business just think of the millions made off movies and television shows made of that war.

I haven't seen Hamburger Hill, but if we're gonna throw in all sorts of good war movies to own, one must include The Great Escape... that was a fantastic movie! Heartbreak Ridge was a pretty good flick too, though more of a modern war movie than anything...

Band of brothers is the best EVER oh and talking about war films thin red line is a good film but you have to have patience seems thought it lasts for like 4 hours or somthing
