I'm going to try to work on a patch since it seems like my work life has gotten a little more back to the normal non stressful status quo. No promises as to when you will see it. First I need to get it done, then get it patched, then test the new monsters, then respawn the dungeons. In the even of dungeon reconstruction keep in mind the dungeons will be a little crazy during the reconstructions.

Please give me your top 3 choices of things you'd like to see me work on. Please don't tell me healing needs to be fixed or necromancy or poisoning or any of that other junk. It's not something I know how to fix or have the power to fix. The things I can do and have always done for obsidian is work on spawns and loot. So with that in mind what things would you like me work on. Here are your choices:

A. Named mobs for Shame (elemental named monsters)
B. Hyloth reconstuction with about 15 different kinds of daemons and Named including the existing Deamon Summoner
C. Destard reconstruction with 15 different kinds of drakes and dragons and Name including the Chineese Dragon
D. Covetous reconstruction with 15 different kinds of giants and Named giants including the Orc Giant
E. Deceit reconstruction with about 15 different kinds of demi humans including the goatmen, beastment, centaurs, and more.
F. Wrong reconstruction with about 15 different SETS of unique NPCs including the return of barbarians, witches, and headless knights.
G. Buccanneer's Den - Do something new with the place since it's probably a ghost town.
H. Overworld spawn reconstruction (be specific about target areas, ex the hedge maze or swamps or something specific)
I. Loot table fixes for undead or elementals (if this needs to be done at all)
J. UNIQUE AND RARE items for named including the existing named in Deceit.
K. Hedge Maze reconstruction. Filling it with traps and teleporters and putting lots of Gazers, Elder Gazers, and Beholders throughout the maze. Put some amazing stuff in the middle. Plus that will give new needed sources for eye of newt.

Yeah - Buc's den is more or less a ghost town now from what i've seen. I guess The Returners still hang out there though. So some monsters attracting players, should give the murderers of The Returns something to hunt as well :(

I have an idea about an overworld spawn. There's a couple of decayed castles and towers around. The way they are now they just take up space. I suggest that you, instead of removing them, clear them out and make some cool monsters spawn there. Probably undead ones, so that it becomes a haunted castle. And, if possible, you should give the former owner some credit by including his name on a sign, and make a ghost version of him (or her).

For clarafication on J. Things like "Sword of the Skeleton King" and "Shroud of the Grim".

Please for those who reply to this post. Please reply your top 3 choices and what order so I can get an idea of the player chosen priority of stuff to work on.

Wrong for sure because since Buccaners Den is emptied out of the witches we have a REAL shortage of eyes on newt. We need those bigtime.

On a side note, I've gotten a LOT of feedback about wanting wrong redone. It would be the FASTEST place for me to respawn as well as the beholder maze because they wouldn't require me coding anything. Just changing the in game spawns.

1. Make gazers drop eyes of newt, atm only elder gazers drop eyes. The idea for revamping the hedge maze with gazers is a great idea, and much needed.

2. Make a Gargoyle drop 2 bones instead of 1, like ettins and ogres drop 2 caps.

3. Redo Hyloth since deamon bones are very much in demand by so many people. I really hate that puzzle where you poof to the start if u take a wrong step, maybe lose it :)

I believe that puzzle was the best part of that donjon me count, duck and someone else I think Countess Maria figured it out. I think there should be mor epuzzles like that in obsidian makes it interesting and fun to go hunt. I think rare items is a good idea. So to me it's K, J, and F sounds like the best.

omg that puzzle is great. youre just too lazy to figure it out Kinetic. i can almost run through the entire thing full speed now cause i practiced. i think you should have to earn the right to get to the bigger spawns that puzzle is so fitting really. in fact it'd be even cooler if there were more monsters throughout the puzzle to make it even harder. kinda like bb's drow quest with the gazers spread throughout the holes you could fall in. if anyone remembers that was so great. a nice challenge is always good.

wrong sounds good to me and buc's den would be nice to have a few spawns since its an open area with not much to do atm. there is a huge underground area not being used in bucs den as well. always nice to broaden hunting area choices.

a gm told me that terathons keep was fully spawned. i dunno would it be a cool idea to like have the hedge maze puzzles and stuff you spoke of lead to a final very hard monster to get by and once killed you would be able to enter a portal to terathons keep. maybe just a small part of terathons keep even the rest stay closed off. prolly not good just popped into my head since i heard it was spawned and seemed a waste to me for the server to be running the spawn and it be unused. im sure staff use the monsters for bashes at least.

honestly the entire list looks totally cool i cant wait to try them out when youre done with them vic. thanks a ton for helping us.

edit - oh and one for the new players indeed covetous lvl one is really weak even for a new player could use work plus lvl 3 at the "dragons lair" is totally empty would be great to have say a drake in there or someting since it is traditionally a lair. end of edit :)

Ok, I'd also like to see Covetous done. You can run through to level 3 and the only thing to prove a challenge will be the solitary stone harpy. And then once you reach level 3 all you find is liches and a gazer or two. As Drizzt said, you can reach the lair after lvl 3 but you cant get in, maybe put the hardest giant there, like a Titan or Cyclops King.

And as far as the named spawns dropping unique items, it would be cool yes, but make it rare. Like only a 1 in 30 chance of him dropping it, to keep people coming back to challenge it.
