This is just a little update so you guys know that is happening with the guild quests project. I post this here so everybody can see and comment.
I've been working hard on quild quests. I have 2 running quests as we speak and one ready to begin. You guys have to understand that I'm still new at this GM thinng and I'm not yet verry efficient, so every quest take about 40 hours of work before I can start them. I have notes scatered all around the room and I'm only starting to get a hold of all this. Also know that there are still many things that I don't know how to do or that need to be scripted by an admin (who have even less free time then me). So everything is slowly getting underway. If your guild is registered expect to have a quest soon (hum, I'm talking about weeks here

). As I become of efficient guilds quests will be more common until the time that all the guilds will be competing at the same time for fame, forture and power.
There are many problems that need to be overcome; its impossible to run a quest if I dont have the AIM of the guild master or a representant, for example, and since quest are dynamic (meaning the outcome depend on the guild actions and reactions and is allways subject to change) it require lots of work just to keep them running. Also almost all quest are double sided, there is one guild that gets to do something and another one have to make them fail, so finding the good opposing guilds for one quest is not an easy job. I'm still trying to get the pulse of the shard so that explains all the bank sitting
Take good note that I tend to favorise guilds that are fair, don't whine all the time, dont page for nothing and dont cheat.
So now I have to keep working, between making quests, answering pages, looking out for the ones that are running and making events I have not much time for RL things, but I'm sure you guys will make it all worthwhile.
