this is for Cybervic, i'm wondering when you get on casue iknow of a few peopel who need help, includuing me, and no other gm will help.

jsut a curiouse though on whne we can gethelp, and does donating effect the speed ofthe responce, becasue if it does where can i sign up.

i jsut want to know becausei heard you get on on sunday's... welli was on al wekend and nothing, on top of that i have pm'edhim and other's and it jsut seem's liek the responce is getting slower and slower. can anyone help clue me in ..

Ice, that's unfortunatly just the way Obsidian works...As for the donators thing, I can asure you that it makes no difference in GM's responce time wether or not you've donated...


You're just gonna have to be patient and maybe pm more than one person...Sometimes the responce time is fast, sometimes it's slow...Sometimes there is no responce...

i donated about 3 weeks ago and still havent gotten my rewards so yeah it doesnt affect the speed at all....

Unfortunately a lot of time PM's are sent to me about things I can't quite fix.

For example:
-to have characters re-created when they are hacked or abused by friends who you shared your account info with
-claim crazy amounts of item/skill loss that I have no way of verifying
-accounts changed
-forum accounts changed
-One Million Dollars!!!! MUAHAHAHA
-banning of people
-unbanning of people
-activate forum/ingame donator access
-people DEMAND I act upon some crime that happened in game with no proof or at most a screenshot that really only shows part of the full story

The list goes on and on, I get so many PMs like BB does sometimes you just want to hit the delete all button because it's garbage. I believe in customer service but I really am not responding well to people asking for things that are outside either A. the rules of what GMs will do for players or B. stuff I can't fix (I don't have forum or account access).


Oh and to clarify we don't even know who's a donator vs not so that has absolutely 0 impact on customer service. The big problem is a lot of people page with either A. stuff we can't fix and it's stated we don't fix in the rules or B. random crazy page like "CyberVic I need to talk to you". So as I've said a million times now if you're on we'll tell you we can't fix it or if you're offline we will simply delete the page.

Oh and if "No other GM will help" then it's probably something outside the rules of what GM's can do for players and well these are rules I made a long time ago and I am not breaking them myself unless under SUPER CRAZY SPECIAL circumstances.

Someone please help Ice, hes been waiting quite a while because of an accident that is no ones fault.

so for instance cyber,if i clicked a a char aka a noob fisher like i did to delet him. and it delted him then it went to an "page not responding" then you reload and whne you get it back you see your worrier was delted instead, such as a guy you spent 8-9 month';s in hte making up and gone. would that clarify as a something specil.
i would consider taht a game glitch and it's bad enouhg i lsot my stuff but ym charicter, see i dont care for the stuff i lost, it's repalcible. but my char.
who would you recomend meto go to and plead my case WITH otehr palyer's in shard who can vouvh for the stat's i lsot along witht eh char.

I've decided to go ahead and fix you up. Please PM me with the stats of the character you lost. Re-create the character if you already haven't and I will go ahead and fix you up. Keep in mind I will fix your STR, INT, and DEX as well as your main skills, but really that is all I will do. I will not re-create items, armour, weapons. These you can get back on your own.

Keep in mind we don't re-create character like this but you are a special case because A. you're a known player and B. the community has been messaging me and PM'ing me like crazy asking me to fix you. So feel loved and I'll get you fixed sometime later today.

i did a lot of good to this shard(believe it or not), and any old player knows i was a very dedicated staff, but after all that time my job was not appreciated. i guess thats just a trait of our admin.
