i knew it . Look at all the threads and listen to the vets. They are all selling thier big Buildings and cramming into small house. And i heard that maybe BB would buy them back? I dont think anyone is going to buy andything bigger than 3 rooms anymore. Tax is gonan kill anyones dreams for owning that keep they wanted or what have you...

So instead of every vet potentielle owning one, now they're gonna be more a gathering place for several people, and even more a thing to show off and say 'I'm hardcore...I've got a keep'

It might hurt carpenters as well, no one will be wanting thier new tower or keep furnished. I was working on carpentry myself so I could make all the cool things and furnish peoples homes for them.

There will always be a need for Carpenters and tailors and miners and tamers. What I am trying to propose is that a form of hybrid profession be created that is simply an architect. Basically only building houses. Requirements would be different depending on the size. I don't know how difficult it would be to script, but it's something I plan on bringing up as a valid option to make Carpenters, tailors, etc more useful.

i have a problem, i have page for help with my house for the last two month's and nothing has come of it even when waiting for hours at my house for answer. my problem is the house reads 30 containers and in reality i have none, if the new tax is going to charge me for these that is unfair as i don;t have, i paged for help last night because my partener thought he was buying a anvil for house in reality he bought another forge but as i walked in house with it it materlized in doorway,needless to say i waited a hour and my partner needed help because he had died and did not know where to go to rez. someone came and did fix the forge (thankfully) all my thanks i.e. , anyway they stuck that forge next to the other one doesnt hurt lol but they left door open whitch was closed when i left now all my gold armour is gone that took 800 ingots to make, doesnt matter much, but i would really apperciate someone to come and fix many problems with this house , or im just going to have to get rid of it and have no where to smelt ore ,i only own one house so i am not an abuser of the system please help thank-you.

I used to give stuff away all the time. Carp, armor up to and including aga, any fish except str and so on. Basically the only reason I charge at all now is not to mess it up for ppl making a living out of theese goods.

The cheaper something is the less attractive that profession is. Atm the demand for fish is like at least 10x the supply(just think about the ammount of fff needed due to so many new players). If this stuff costs a lot, then more of that profession will eventually pop up and supply will increase while prices slowly drop.

On this shard fishing(teamed with cooking now I guess) is the most important skill by a mile. I want many more fishers around so I can actually go around purchasing fish instead of fishing it myself

Basically, you can fish until you're blue in the face and sell everything at 2-3k, but you could also do the same at double the price and make more ppl start their own fisher.

Remember this, your renting your house not ever owning it on this shard now.

What's wrong with that? Seems like prime locations might actually be available at some point now.
