Yeah.... there's going to be some residual bugs like that. Fixed!

Let me know any other timer based things.... like i said, this time bug is ugly, and it's what took us down for weeks while i emergency upgraded everythign to deal with it last time.

At this moment in Obsidian, when wanting to meditate it say to wait for 100 seconds. It does not matter if the player is a GM or not it does not mention if you failed or meditated. Meditation is not working in the game. It keeps on coming up to wait for 100 seconds.
