Although I'm still not 100% convinced that Primal is innocent of exploiting the rune chamber . But regardless I agree with the assertion that all PKers should not be punished.

red characters can't access serpent's hold or haven or the vendor's lodge. Additionally, we can no longer go to chaos/order island, lest we want to have to page staff to get out of there

I also heard about red characters that are stuck on isle of avatar, just becouse they dont have regs or cant recall.

I just am sick of being Pkd all the time myself. Everytime I was getting anywhere in the game I would get Pkd. Then my karma would go down cause I have died. Then just so I would get looted I would rez and then get killed again... How is anyone supposed to get any where when you are always being Pkd... YOu can't... Cause after a while you get so low in Karma that you are marked grey.... so then you get Pkd even more......

BB should make an island just for Pkrs... That way you can only Pk there and if you go to that island then you are S.O.L. if you go there... That way if people want to Pk( that are criminals ) can and those that want to kill criminals to get fame and karma up can also.... it works all the way around.....
