can we at least know what causes a slot to open for these so that it would be fair to us instead of just keep trying to complete it every other day?

Pretty sure bob said its like a 10:1 ratio, for every 10 non dark elf players there 1 dark elf?
In either case, theres like 0 active players that actually use it, so nobody else can get.. Should have some sort of activity thing like vamp masters or something its lame.

So i'm curious what part would make it more "fair" by knowing how/when a slot would open?
Because as it stands now, only the people determined will get dark elves, and everyone has a relatively equal chance, because no one knows when it opens.
Likewise, if one opens outside of someone's normal timezone, say a mid-day opening and the player who wants it is already asleep in the middle east, then it'll get snapped up instantly if people "know" it's going to open then.

You should make a way for crafters to get in. lol
