If you cast this it says you fizzle but you dont adn you use the mana

what are u casting on and where?
i have heard others say it works and that they are able to animate dead.

other spells do simmilar things under diff circumstances.. most necro spells when casted on player vendors do same thing. also if u cast web on a target creature/monster instead of the ground it does same thing..
will use mana, words apear.. but no spell

be more specific on how u are casting the spell and on what

its pritty simple. When you cast it you are able to cast it but it says you fizzle (you cast animate dead and you get a monster but it says you fizzle
