If you are a new char and you poof if you select the option when sent jail.. to drink the potion you become a bird... and u are stuck this way.. because u cannot die.. u merely poof

the only way to fix this is to kill someone to go crim and then have someone kill u

this happened to me earlier and thought id just post it

You have to go crim to die.
