yea i need to buy my alchy up to 30

anyone able to show or tell me where the one vendor is that will train it that high?

probably not but regarless.. if u can buy it why waste time on 10 points in skill

someone told me to check "town drunk" or "drunkard" something like that.. but I cant seem to find one.. maybe someone would know this perhaps

[the alchemist in vesper will let u buy to 20.something in skill.. this is the most i have found so far.]

i checked the "drunkard" at occlo and they do not teach alchemy.. and im not past 30

havent seen a town drunkard yet
