Actually LordHema - I did stay true to my word.

I placed auction chests out for players to put items up for auction. Sadly no-one was interested so I didn't run an auction.

The majority of the items sold at the staff-run auctions have been items obtained by players. Staff have sometimes added 1 or 2 items just to add a new element to the whole Auction business.

Since no-one put in any items for auction, I didn't run an auction.

I never said I'd have a ton of rares at an auction. If you're going to quote me - make sure you pick up on all the key words I use (ie maybe, possibly, potentially).

i remember when u made a small aucation and i bought from u smal black pott and Scud bought rare White Deer mask. and i asked u how u got those rare. u said that u take it from the decayed houses of old players and u sell it. after that aucation finished u said u will make big aucation selling more rares at it.
if u need the words really i cant remember . but that was the conversation sense. u can ask ALbert for what have u said excatly if he still remember.

Forget about it hema. Auctions are a pain in the ass to run. They are nice for players for the purpose of more secure transaction but a pain in the ass. When I did auctions I never put in staff made items. An auction was more to get player money moved around. When I did put in a staff made item it was to drain some of the rich players money from the economy. I think Echo could do better by spending his time on setting up an event or a quest.
