if you ahve peopels bars out and you summon a horse and click it to get on all the bars turn into horse.
I think its the same for players

I bet what's happening is that you have what's called the active target bar.
This bar changes to whatever you're currently targetting.
Since you dclick the horse(or a player) they become your active object, and the bar turns to them.

This way, you don't have to pull out a new bar in combat when you kill once npc and switch to a new target.

You can tell if it's an active target bar if you can pull a second bar from that player.
The second bar is the standard pull-out bar and won't change.

but when you pull this bar out it usually says horse, and usually there is no horse near you.

and also when u click this bar to cast on that target, it doesn't hit horse, it hits who ever the bar was originally pulled for...

also it doesnt change from horse no matter
