The tutorial ticket master doesnt have any passes to sell. This has been broken for awhile and still is

Heh, I actually mentioned this to Bob a few days ago when I discovered it and he said he would fix it, but I'm guessing he either forgot or there was more important stuff to fix. I'm sure he'll get it fixed soon.
