I know stat gains are increased but someone gained 1 str wrestling and they had 140 str. Might wanna take a look-see.

Stat gains were increased? Weren't they too high already?

works as intended.
All i changed was maximum gains on primary stats for skills.
I.E. how high it will go up to, not neccessarily how fast it gains.
I left your oh so precious int for combat skills at 20 so you all can min-max your hearts out without suffering too much penalties.

Bob. You said that it increased by 20%. Wrestling was maxxed out at 100 STR. Someone said in Vesper that he gained a STR while PVPing and was surprised because it brought him to 141 STR. That means that it is over a 40% increase to stat gains. Not 20%. It is possible that this person lied lol. Who knows?
