Could forge and anvil deeds please be returned to vendors for the time being? I realize that someday they will be craftable....but for now, I would really appreciate being able to get them. I have a mining house with no mining tools...

not unless you want your house to eat itself.
Forges/anvils interact badly with houses right now. IT's why gm's aren't allowed to place them.
You'll get your forges/anvil when the patch they're in comes.
