Snoopy's too lazy to post ideas, but thinks maybe necros should get a power bonus when they have low karma

not sure much on how they work..but it depends on if necros are done....everyone that has one hates it and says it stinks. i would not want to give them a power untill all other stuff is balanced with them.

itd be better to just have them lose karma when they cast the spells... since it is considered more of a dark art than normal magic....
