Well i was wondering, maybe in the crafting patch you could enable Necromancy scrolls? If you had a char with Necro and Scribe they could make scrolls?

Would serve no purpose.
Necromancy would not be castable from the scrolls(it already doesn't use reags, and mana cost wouldn't change), and to fill the book with them will require quests, not other necromancers just crafting them for you.
