The rune got named a_Frostfell

Runes are automatically named the region name of the location the mark spell is cast. Some other region names have been having difficulties, e.g. a_haven. I'm pretty sure Bob can fix it, but the problem does not drastically affect gameplay, so it is not a priority in the list of items to be fixed.
