Most of my weps which were +5 or +7 are now +0..??

shouldbe fixed.
was an unfortunate side affect of t3a->t4a upgrade.

turns out one of the necromancy spells lived in the same "spot" as the enchant weapon spell. t3a didn't care, t4a does.
they've been moved to compensate
