just something i noticed, i was under the impression since i read it in the changelog somewhere that you stop poofing now when you have 2 kills and are under 20 years old... have noticed players under 20 are still poofing that have 2 kills. not a huge deal but if its intended to be one way and it isnt then its still a problem :)

I'd like to see poofers loose their newbie status as soon as they reach 96 in any stat, 90 in any skill, 2 kills, or say 50% of the notoriety scale.

Poofing is supposed to protect new players from the leaning curve of Obsidian, but older players who know the game are using it as a shield.

Poofing in the old system was always like 2 weeks. Sooner if you turned grey. Personally I dont really
care if it decreses or not.

t3a was the 2 week poof. But you were able to go to Cove for a month.

t4a is a full month of poofing. After the month, you cannot access Cove anymore.

I believe it was 2 weeks for poofing but a month to be allowed in cove. And i could be wrong but i dont think kills had anything to do with poofing i thought it was only when you were criminal.

Thanks for stating the same point I made. Builds the affect of the information.

Poofing in the old system stopped whether you were crim, or had at least a certain amount of kills that
you went gray and werent allowed to poof anymore. Or allowed to enter Cove.

Well doesnt look like that is working out either. Personally if it was a bug, I didnt notice and thus, didnt
report it because I didnt feel it was "damaging"

it actually would be damaging if a player with 2 kills is hunting someone shows up and "kills" them and they dont die and lets say said player has pretty advanced loot on them for a player of their age. it kinda goes along with if you can kill 2 non poofers then you shouldnt poof either....

i honestly think it should be 1 kill for 1 simple reason, you are given the poof time to train, if you are using that to pvp you are basically using an exploit. If you choose to give up your training time to pvp that is your choice but poofers shouldn't pvp period.

Well like all matters of this game. It lies in Broadband's decision. If he wants to change it, so be it. Until
then...might aswell just stop complaining and embrace it.

1 Kill is a bit too harsh, IMO, at least with how easy it is to get a kill with the current system.

I think you should be able to defend yourself...I remember training in Cove GY on Dedo and being attacked by random players trying to steal my shiny purple armor ^^ I think those were the only kills Dedo ever got....
