Well while looking for stangs i found this random Lady in the middle of the woods. Has a pretty nice looking book im guessing i could get quiet a bit for it. Is it a bug that shes even spawned?

The only place I have seen a wedding registrar is in the tent next to the fire shrine.
But, she has been gone for a while. Not sure why she is in Trinsic though.
