Can you make the trash can timer back to instant like it used to be instead of 15 seconds? Its kinda annoying when your trying to get rid of items and people look in the trash and pick em up.

Well it would seem to me tho if you are throwing out something you don't want other people to have then do it in a quieter town maybe? Not right at vesper bank? I would assume that the 15 seconds was so people wouldn't accidently trash stuff and that to me seems more of a priority then some head you don't want someone to have.
