i always thought that the cap was at 90%, i recall seeing 90 healing on Ice's
character Ice Cold....although i could be mistaken

o well, just thought i would actually throw that into the conversation

Cause actually now you are not able to build any kind of Tank or PvM using Race chars..

yup i also noticed that PvMers cannot have a race or they will have something
wrong with a skill they need to either GM or use completely

I cant remember any war-mages tbh. Im sure there was one. i forget the name though, and Im sure I beat who ever it was, but i might be wrong.

I beilieve the war-mage was in lov or mob if i remember correct
