well as a starting tamer i was wondering what the prices are now for rides? this is the old
pricing from the obsidian website:

* Horses/Llama - 2k, 1k respectively
* LightOrange - 20k
* Orange - 25k
* Brown - 30k
* Pink/LightGrey/DarkGrey - 35k
* Gold/Purple - 40k
* Red - 50k
* Oytra - 100k
* Pegasus - 120k
* Orn - 200k

now i was looking at this and since the economy and game play is not as it was in t3a, i was
hoping that old tamers that have played on this game give me some pointers of what to set the
prices of each animal. im simply curious because i want to be able to sell at a reasonable price
and make sure that i stay consistent with all other tamers.

thanks and happy gaming to all =]

With the economy the way it is on obsidian i would say that you can't really go with a structured price list it, just pretty much depends on what you can get for them and what you are willing to let them go for.

ya thats what i thought....i was thinking about it a lot over my time playing. all it
seems is that horses and llamas have stayed the same and some mustangs. but for
the most part ive been selling rides at prices most ppl could pay at, even if it might
have seemed low.

o well, i has the money in the bank and thats all that matter? i think it does lol

Oytras should only go for about 50K, IMO, if not less. Those darn things are everywhere. people were giving them away not too long ago.

I think it's reasonable for mustangs to sell for between 10 and 30K, depending on the color. Rarity does not matter much....colors are random, so it stands to reason that the more desirable the color is, the more rare it will be.

Horses and llamas..whatever...1K

Orns...I don't think they spawn anymore....this makes them a true rare item. I'd venture to bet there are less then 10 on the entire shard....priceless

Pegasus..not sure if they spawn anymore or not, but 50 to 75K I think is reasonable if they still spawn. If they don't spawn anymore, then I don't see why anyone would sell one if they have it.

The most I've had someone pay for an oytra recently has been 35k. Lowest I've sold for is 18k but that was a one off. Pega's are still spawning. I've seen a few people of late saying they don't. They do. I've seen them. I've tamed them. Sold one recently for 60k, also traded one for some nice ingots :)

Most stangs I'd sell for somewhere between 15-25k depending on colour. Orange - less than 10k, I'm finding those things all over the place. Red, from me would cost ya 30k.

500gp-1k for a llama, upto 2k for a horse. May sound like an awful lot to some people but I've always thought the quicker you can get around the quicker you can earn more gp's.

Orns - I know of 2 maybe 3 other people who have one other than myself. On that note, It would be nice to see an introduction (reintroduction?) of some of the other rare rides that are disable/not implimented atm - but thats a discussion for another time :)

the prices and will try to make sure that the prices not only fit the ride, but the price that

well think about spawn
money was a lot easier to come by before the economy was wiped and restarted
so of course ppl with whine about the prices until everything is fixed and running
smoothly on the shard
give it some time....for the moment 25k sounds reasonable, anything higher would
simply be crazy and unreasonable
