How About Dungeon bosses get diff type of loot besides loot system? I killed a Dracholiche, a Skeletal King and a Skeletar Arch Magus, but I only got 1k off them...a bit lame..huh?

Dungeon bosses are going to get revamped a bit before their boss flags go on.
The reason is that currently none of the bosses special abilities work due to the upgrade.
Each boss has at least one, sometimes more, which is why they warrant boss level loot.

So until those abilities get fixed, i don't think turning on their boss flag is smart.
EDIT: Ok apparently i'm smarter than myself, and i enabled their boss flag. So currently all bosses have the boss loot tables loaded except maybe king goo, and i'd have to check him. Which means at the time i worked ti out and they're balanced enoguh without their abilities to at least have the boss table, although they'll do better once their abilities are enabled.

Summary: Bosses have the flag on, and that means they drop boss level loot. Just hunt them more
