Ok so I noticed that u can't train tinkering at any tinker.
Also if you have 0.0 tinkering u can't make anything with a tinker tool.
Last but not least u can't buy hatchets at tinkerers.

your suppose to buy tinkering from the vendor that sets you to 20. But ya im pretty much gm tinkering i can probley make you some if you got the ignots.
