As with the last one, i'll post 90% of changes there, and only big stuff will make it to the actual news page, so please keep up on it. Most of these are from my notes, with some formatting done, so if you see some silly comments, take them in stride, as well as any projections i put. .These are not timelines i'm committing to. So these don't fall under the "I am not missing a deadline" rule. They're just basic outlines for projecting what work i'd like to get done and in what order for my own sake. I'm merely posting my working notes at the end of each day I do work, so i might have random notes to myself for future shit that is utterly indecipherable or makes no sense.

Always thought it was kind of silly how they would buy raw fish steaks and not cooked ones anyway. Having them buy cooked ones would make players able to sustain a bit of an incoming while training fishing/cooking.

That's what i mean, NPC's used to buy fish steaks but only if they were rw which i always thought was kind of dumb. Players will buy raw fish steaks if they are training cooking. NPc's buying cooked fishsteaks would also get rid of the massive collections of them that people have stored in there houses, banks etc. bringing down the item count of the shard a bit.

we need more options to make cash with Fishers not just selling stats and fff fish specially for players that r training fishing

I don't really see the issue.
Multiple npcs still buy raw fish steaks.
Which is what fishers produce, fish and cut fish.

Once you bring cooking in, you're taking what you get from fishing, and using it on cooking. Considering that cooked fish does not last near as long, there's really just no market for it, rp world wise. If there was a market, it would require us doing fractions of gold per steak, which we can't quite do yet. This to me seems askin to say, alchemists complaining that npcs don't buy stonewalls, or that the old blacksmiths don't pay enough for daggers. If you use up resources on skills, don't expect people to pay near as much as for the raw resources themselves, in most cases.


So either cook your fish, and eat it, or don't cook it, and sell it.
You can't have your skill gains and gold too.

Sidenote: It's a favorite complaint that fishers make "near nothing" for money, but it's also full of crap most of the time. Next time you go fishing, keep a record of what you catch. How many of each type of normal fish, how many special fish, etc. Also record how long you were fishing for(don't include breaks). Then go ahead and post em here, and we'll see what you get.

fishing is annoying enough , but fishing +math and statistics = hell nah

Makes sense. Still havnt used up the cooked steaks from when i trained cookin tbh. Fishing can make plenty enough cash too, like most things - it just needs the time.

the other day i try to sell raw fishes steaks too the vendors and NPCs in Vesper Dock and any of them wanna buy it, same happen with the guys in Britain Dock.
