While opening my bank I lost some skill points in nearly all skills, I was at 685 skill points total (I had 5 skillpoints veteran Bonus)
wasnt one of my Important chars so I dont need staff to help or anything, just noted this so it can be fixed.

well It was my tamer, and he aint got anywhere near the stat cap.
just hit the skill cap a day ago or so.

could be that too, maybe is some bug mix with skill/stat cap

happened to me as well. I lost 0.8 to all skills(most GMd)
When I had my skills transferred after selecting human, I was under the cap...I had to eat alot of fff but I was at the point were I didn't lose skills. Then yesterday when I logged on and opened a pack I lost the skills.
Kinda sucks

i'll take a look at the cap code tonight and make sure it's calculating right
We did update the system at the start of the beta so that instead of -1 to all skills when pack is opened, it does -1 repeatably until you are under cap, so more than likely why you saw -.8 to all.
This was mostly to prevent the people with 820 skills running around, and re-training that -1 everytime they logged on.
