Runner? Cyclist? How far do you usually run? How far do you usually cycle? What type of bike do you have?

Cycle! Depending on how energetic i feel - usually end up doing anything between 6-14 miles. As much as enjoy going to the gym, my work patterns tend to make a pain in the arse going. At least cycling i can go as and when i get the time.
As for the bike itself, i can't remember who made it, paid about £350-400 (convert currency yaself - i cba) for it about 3 years ago - not to mention i've long since replaced things like the gears, brakes, suspension etc etc plus having added a few gizmo's to record distances/times/heart rate/calories burnt - sh*t like that
And you Echo?

And you Echo?
I cycle mostly - tried running home last night after a big game of soccer. I only went 9kms and died (only 1km left til home), so I called a friend to come and pick my sorry ass up haha.
Do you ride a road bike, Tax? Mountain bike?
I've got a road bike, aluminum alloy frame, i think it cost me around 800 AUD, and it's got mostly schimano parts.
I badly want a carbon frame - those things are FREAKING light (but freaking expensive). What type of gizmo's do you have to measure distances/times? I need to pick up one of those
Awesome work barns - how far do you usually swim/run?

...Motherf****r love motorbikes, had me a ducati 749 a few years ago. Didn't have it long tho, a small knee op made riding it an absolute bastard. Wanted a 999 to replace it tho.....until a hayabusa went flying past me doin 100+ a few months back - at which point a fell for it...

Aye tis a mountain bike & the little comp is basically one of these.
Although i can't find mine on there. The heart rate monitoring thing on mine is supposed to be set up seperately i.e. i should wear the the small strap thingys that do the measuring - but i'm too busy to set it up heheh
All these votes for 'neither'......i knew nerds was physically lazy but that can't be allowed to win

I swim around 5 miles normally after the gym workout - gets everything floppy and properly worked up, i try to spend as much of that underwater as I can to increase lung capacity i can now do 2.43 secs on one breath and hoping to break the 3 min barrier soon.
I go running after and part of "boxercise" normally around 2 miles jogging picking up the pace for another 2 miles then into the ring for a spar with my mate (whos fecking SOOO powerfull however luckily his accuracy sucks - if he sorts that out im going to have to up my game) im kinda in between, decent power, speed and accuracy and only able to knock the lightweights out with one lol
