The new housing System is sweet i think im the only house that has it at the moment but once you get it. There are so many options u can tear it down to get your 90k back. You refreash the house without paying monthly (just double click house sign and its refreashed by to 30 days)
Also No more keys you set security on your door so only you can open or your friends. Also now you can Give acess to certain chests for friends or co-owner.

i wish to secure this
i wish to release this

You can also have it to were only guild mates are able to access the house, you no longer need to use keys (which I believe it gives you one on creation for something.)

Only down side is you have a number of lockdowns you can have (I think.)

i'll point out until broadband posts that housing is live, i would NOT mess with it, including deeds you may have, unless a staff has told you to and is supervising.
