Ok I just bought http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... &rd=1&rd=1
That comp and it got here yesterday. It's like butta compared to the crap homemade piece of dung I was using. I also got a 21" flat screen monitor that makes me feel all tingly inside.

So since this comp was made for gaming, what do you recommend? My old comp was such shit that it was a strain to play obs. So I'm pretty friggin happy.

Looks like a good base unit!

If you are serious about gaming, you really need to do the following things:

1) Add a new graphics card. Onboard graphics blow, and you can pick up something like an X1900XT / X1950XT at a very reasonable price.

2) Put in a 'proper' power supply. You will need a 450w minimum for the above graphics card.

3) (Optional) Overclock that CPU. It's fairly easy with that model, you should be able to hit FX-57 speeds with that model. If you don't like to do this, ignore this step. Its entirely at your own risk.

Of course you could do none of this, but if you want a gaming machine you will find that graphics hardware a major bottleneck in any game made in the past 2 years.
