Ok i have some files but the in notepad is like this... ·?B?ìŽÒ‚Í–{ƒvƒ?ƒOƒ‰ƒ€‚Ì“®?쌋‰Ê?A’˜?쌠“™‚Ì ... some in english but very little. :? any help ????

i suppose that you have to have a password to do that
i'm not pretty sure thou. Anyway you need a password to unzip encripted files in a zip file so i think it works just the same

You either need a password or you could try hacking it with a password generator but if you know the person who encrypted them just ask them for the password.

try a program called power iso. most likely u are trying to view something that u dont have the correct program for, so ur comp opens it up in wordpad/notepad, and shows u the source code. power iso can read almost anything

I downloaded Dev-Hook 0.46 for psp and it was a read me file "text" Thats why I got confused, guess these crackers have there own codes but then again DevHook Isn't illigal :? .Anyway I got Devhook working seems pretty cool I can change from a 1.5 to 2.7 psp now, then back again :).. has anyone got any other homebrew softwear to recomend..
