My GF hates it when I'm on the computer, especially when she wants "quality time". I've tried getting her to play Obsidian, but she has no interest in it. I've made it clear to her, that if I have to choose between my computer and having her company, that there are other people who can offer me company, but only one Obsidian. She didn't like that too much, but she got the point.

There’s a movie about a red sox fan who is so completely obsessed with the team and baseball that it gets in the way of his relationships (forgot what the movie is called). During the baseball season he turns into "summer guy" and lives for his team. My GF calls me winter guy, because during the colder months I dive into Obsidian and get lost until the weather warms up, just like that guy dives into Baseball until the season is over.

It works well though, because she has a seasonal job that takes a lot of her time in the winter, and I guess I have a seasonal addiction that takes just as much, if not more of my time.

I need to play more. Fo real tho!
