Experiences, good or bad are what make you who you are. The rough stuff in my life has made me strong and independant. I have learned more from terrible relationships than i have from good ones. And the good stuff (and trust me there has been and still will be alot of good stuff no matter who you are,) gives you memories you can look back on and smile for years to come.

I was referring to opium itself, which is the most addictive drug known to man, as apposed to opiates, which are artifical drugs synthesised from opium, such as heroine or morphine :P
