Well, no. If it didn't arrive in first couple minutes, means you've got a
problem.

Normal routine is to check your junkmail folder or such, try forgotten
password link in account center on website and finally sending a PM to
hydro here on forums (include your account name and it might take a
bit of time to respond).

Also nobody's really preventing you from looking through similar posts in
help/support..

I had the same problem and after a week of nothing, I just gave up created a different account on a different email address and it was activated in about 10 minutes...
