I logged in with my puny Blacksmith on my lunchbreak today. Took 2 steps... dead. Horse... dead. What is this thing doing here?

Ah thanks for the heads up Excaliber. I guess I should have put it there. Deleted the other post since this one contains the screen and I guess this thread will get moved too.

I understand things roam, etc... However, in all of my time owning this house (a little over a year and a half) I've NEVER seen anything stronger than an Ettin that wanders over from a spawn above the Orc camp once in a while, and even he won't get into the mining town unless someone leads him down the path through the mountains.

This monster just seems out of place to me, and way too powerful considering the other monsters in the area and the lack of a nearby ankh. Trust me... I've been here long enough to know "shat happens". Just pointing it out.

On te topic of shadows, i went on a hunt in shame a few days ago. Theres a black widow shadow as well as a earth golem shadow on the third level, a gold elemental shadow on the second level. Have fun killing those. :)

Reminds me of the time of running into a wyrm in front of my house yea like carling says shat happens :) O yea Nightmare that Earth golem shadow is mean killed 3 fully healed pollied mages and a warrior.
