ok so the problem is when i try to instal ultima online mondains legacy i get this error: Image
i checked directory path and it does exist and i got more then enough space. so if anyone can help me please do so :)

You shouldn't have to create a directory for the temp files for the install. Just about every installer makes its own. Have you tried clearing out your temp file folder?
