The problem I'm having isn't covered in the Touble Shooting part of this site. The problem I'm having is the patcher won't get past the part of looking for a new patches and launching Obsidian. It's just sitting here...no error at all. It's been about 40 mins now and the patcher still hasn't done anything.

I am behind a hardware NAT and Firewall, so maybe it's a port issue? Does anyone happen to know what ports, if any, need to be opened?

There's a button in the middle that says check for patches and launch Obsidian. The long grey bar, click it.

I seem to have another problem now. I could try to explain it but I think a screenshot would work better.

I've loged out and back in a few times, but I'm still getting that same problem.

You've changed Your resolution and for that to take affect You'll need to
restart client, not only re-log.

Ok, I admit I grinned when I first saw this post, however some weeks ago Iv' seen it happen.

The person was just waiting there for the game to start. My mind was blown away watching the scene! But you know, I have the impression he would have given up and removed the program if I had not shown him he had to click on the bar.

I would suggest a button that has more of the look & feel of Windows UI to correct this.
